Do I need experience to train here?

Absolutely not! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, we have a class for you.

What amenities are included in the membership?

Do you offer personal training services?

What should I bring to my first class?

✅ Comfortable workout clothes

✅ A water bottle

✅ Boxing gloves & hand wraps (if you have them – if not, we provide loaner gear)

✅ A towel (you’re going to sweat!)

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

If you need to take a break due to injury, travel, or personal reasons, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months.

📌 How to Request a Freeze:

1️⃣ Submit a Freeze Request 👉 Freeze My Membership

2️⃣ Choose your freeze period (1, 2, or 3 months)

3️⃣ Your membership will automatically resume after the selected period

📌 Note: A small $15/month maintenance fee applies while your membership is frozen to hold your spot.
